Dispatch, Exchange and Return Policies

Dispatch Policy

Once the purchase is made (including shipping costs) and the shipping address data related, the product (s) will be shipped within a period of 1 to 4 business days in the Metropolitan Region and 2 to 7 business days in the rest of the regions.

Due to the current contingency in the country, delivery times could be modified.

Shipments are in charge of Chilexpress, making delivery at the door of your home or withdrawal at a Chilexpress branch if the client has requested it.

If once the product is sent, it is returned by the shipping company for reasons of: incorrect or incomplete address, inaccessible address or the customer was not available to receive, the product may be re-shipped as long as the customer assumes the shipping cost, as it is the customer's responsibility to deliver the dispatch information correctly and completely and have availability for the receipt of the product. However, if at the time of making the purchase, the customer has realized that he has made a mistake in the address, he should immediately contact us to see the possibility of the change or correction.

The shipping cost will depend on the destination. However, in the Metropolitan Region shipping will be free for purchases equal to or greater than $ 49,900 CLP.

Exchange and Return Policies

Changes

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations, an exchange may be made for a product of the same value for up to 10 calendar days after the product has been received.

In order to make the change it is necessary that the product is unused, with all its accessories and packaging.

You must present the purchase receipt at the time of the change request. Without a purchase ticket, no change will be made.

To change the product, you must contact the email admonfinanzas@asiaelectronicsdk.com in which you must list:

1. Full Names

2. Purchased Product

3. Reason for Change

4. Product for which you want to exchange

5. Purchase receipt or invoice

When the request is received, a response will be given within a maximum period of 2 business days.

The cost of shipping the product to be changed to our facilities will be borne by the customer.

Once the product has been received and reviewed in our facilities, the product to be exchanged chosen by the customer will be shipped within a maximum period of 3 business days in the Metropolitan Region and a maximum of 6 business days in other regions.

Returns

The customer may make use of the right of withdrawal of the purchased product (does not apply to Anti-Blue Light UV Protection Lenses) for up to 10 calendar days after receiving the product at home, as long as the product has not been used or damaged by fact attributable to the consumer (Art. 21, Law 19,496).

The client must write to the email admonfinanzas@asiaelectronicsdk.com to make the request to return the product and refund their money, attaching the purchase receipt or invoice. Without ticket or purchase invoice, the return cannot be made.

It will be the customer's responsibility to send the product under the conditions indicated above to the address previously confirmed by Asia Electronicsdk SpA within a maximum period of 2 business days from the confirmation of acceptance. The shipping cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer.

Legal Guarantee

In the event that the product has factory failures, it may be requested up to a maximum of 3 months from the date of receipt of the product, the exchange or refund of the money paid for the cost of the product.

To make use of the guarantee, the client must write to the email admonfinanzas@asiaelectronicsdk.com sending the following information:

1. Full Names

2. Purchased Product

3. Description of the product problem

4. Photos or video where the failure of the product is evidenced

5. Indicate if you request an exchange or money back

6. Attach receipt or purchase invoice

Once the product with the fault has been received, the new product will be shipped within a maximum period of 2 business days in the Metropolitan Region and a maximum of 6 days in other regions and in the case of refund of the money once the product is received. with the failure, we will proceed according to what is stipulated in the "Money Refund" policy.

Money back

The return of the money to the client for any of the reasons already exposed, will be for the value of the product without the cost of shipping.

The money refund process, once the formal request has been accepted and the product (s) has been received by Asia Electronicsdk SpA under the conditions stipulated above, will be as follows:

1. In case of having paid by credit card, a reversal will be made on it in about 5 to 8 business days. This time will depend on the process that your bank handles.

2. In case of having paid by transfer or debit card, the money will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 3 business days to the bank account indicated by the client.
